CAROLYN FURS  guarantees that all products are genuine and professionally designed to standards or customer specifications.  Furthermore,  our work is backed by a 2 business day money back guarantee from the time that the merchandise is received, less shipping, if our products are found to have defects that cannot be fixed, or we are somehow unable to provide you with an equal  exchange.  It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and try out the item/s during that time frame.  All returns or exchanges must be insured  during shipping for the full purchase price of the item to protect against loss or damage during transit.  There is also a 15% re-stock fee for all returns.

Discounted or blowout sales are final with no exchange or refunds accepted.  Moreover, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.  Items shown in pictures may differ in size and color from actual merchandise.  Each item is unique in color, and no two fur items are identical.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.  Fur Blankets may take up to 3 weeks for completion prior to delivery.  Denim jackets are unisex unless otherwise specified and take 5 or more business days for order completion prior to shipping.   Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.  Restrictions may apply.
